Examples of Interest Only Certificates in a sentence
Notwithstanding any other provision herein set forth, a fee shall be payable to Xxxxxx Mae in connection with each exchange equal to 1/32 of 1% of the Certificate Balance of the Certificates (other than any Interest Only Certificates) to be submitted for exchange (but not less than $2,000).
The Interest Only Certificates will be issuable only in denominations corresponding to initial Certificate Notional Amounts as of the Closing Date of $1,000,000 and in integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof.
