Interest Maintenance Reserve definition

Interest Maintenance Reserve means the reserve determined in accordance with SAP, the purpose of which is to amortize realized capital gains and losses resulting from fluctuations in the interest rate.
Interest Maintenance Reserve as used in this Agreement, means the interest maintenance reserve, determined in accordance with Page 3, Column 1, Line 9.4, of the Ceding Company’s 2007 NAIC annual statement blank, with respect to the Segregated Asset Portfolio described in Schedule E.
Interest Maintenance Reserve means the interest maintenance reserve attributable to the Reinsured Liabilities, whether created prior to, on or after the Second A&R Date, determined in accordance with SAP, consisting of the after-tax unamortized deferred gains and losses in respect of the assets maintained in the Modco Sub-Accounts.

More Definitions of Interest Maintenance Reserve

Interest Maintenance Reserve means the amounts set forth on Schedule 2.12 as revised as of the Effective Date. The calculation of the Interest Maintenance Reserve for purposes of Section 2.3(a)(i)(B) (the calculation of the Interest Maintenance Reserve created at the Effective Time as a direct result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement) shall be equal to any net pre-tax realized capital gains multiplied by 65%.
Interest Maintenance Reserve means the interest maintenance reserve, as determined in accordance with SAP, consistently applied.
Interest Maintenance Reserve means, as of the applicable date of determination, the reserve determined in accordance with SAP.
Interest Maintenance Reserve means the sum of (a) the Company’s existing interest maintenance reserve that is attributable to the Reinsured Risks immediately prior to the Closing Date, after giving effect to the execution of the Underlying Reinsurance Agreement, plus (b) the Company’s interest maintenance reserve that is created on the Closing Date as a direct result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, plus (c) the amount of the interest maintenance reserve attributable to the Reinsured Risks that is created after the Closing Date and including the reserve established in Deemed Sales under Section 9.7, in each case determined in accordance with SAP applicable to the Company.
Interest Maintenance Reserve means the value which will be reported on the Ceding Company's Annual Statement Balance Sheet Line 11.4 for the PNC Reinsurance Custody Account activity.
