Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Interest Change Date is not the last day of a month, Net Income or Net Loss of the Company for the month in which the Interest Change Date occurs shall be prorated on a daily basis between the portion of the month ending on the Interest Change Date and the remainder of such month.
The Variable Rate for the next Interest Period shall change on each Interest Change Date based on changes in the LIBOR Rate.
