Interco means Nordic Telephone Company Administration ApS, a company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark (with CVR number 29176396) having its seat in Denmark and registered office at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, which is, as at the Closing Date, the immediate Holding Company of PIKCo and the immediate Subsidiary of Topco.

Examples of Interco in a sentence

  • Interco represents and warrants to the other parties hereto that it owns, beneficially and of record, all of the issued and outstanding shares of Telesat.
