Interchange Amount definition

Interchange Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount determined by the Account Owner, in its sole discretion, to be reasonably representative of the amount of Interchange generated by the Receivables arising in the Accounts of such Account Owner.
Interchange Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the ------------------ amount of Interchange paid or payable to the Seller with respect to the second calendar month preceding the month in which the Distribution Date occurs multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of cardholder sales charges for goods and services in the Accounts with respect to the second preceding Due Period and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of cardholder charges for goods and services in all the "MasterCard" and "VISA" consumer revolving credit card accounts of the Seller with respect to such second preceding Due Period.
Interchange Amount means, with respect to any Collection Period, the amount of Interchange paid to the Bank with respect to such Collection Period.

Examples of Interchange Amount in a sentence

  • Not later than 12:00 noon, Chicago, Illinois time, on each Transfer Date, the Seller shall deposit into the Collection Account in immediately available funds the Interchange Amount (less the Interchange Monthly Servicing Fee) to be included as Finance Charge Receivables with respect to the preceding Due Period.

  • On or prior to the third Business Day following the end of each Monthly Period, each Account Owner shall notify the Servicer and Chase Card Funding of the Interchange Amount, if any, which is required to be included as Finance Charge Collections with respect to the preceding Monthly Period.

More Definitions of Interchange Amount

Interchange Amount means, through the Monthly Period ending March 31, 2002, zero and for any Monthly Period thereafter, an amount equal to the product of (i) 1.3% or such other percentage as may be specified by the Transferor from time to time provided, that the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied in connection with such designation and (ii) the amount of Collections other than Collections of Periodic Finance Charges, Annual Membership Fees, Cash Advance Fees, Late Fees, overlimit fees, return check fees and similar fees and other charges or Recoveries for such Monthly Period.

Interchange Amount means, for any credit card program relating to the Accounts and each Date of Processing, the amount determined pursuant to Section 2.1(d) or such other amount determined by the Originator, in its sole discretion, to be reasonably representative of the amount of Interchange that is generated by the Receivables arising in the Accounts of such Originator. The Originator may, with notice to Transferor and Servicer, from time to time modify the methodology for determining the Interchange Amount to more closely approximate the actual Interchange relating to the Transferred Receivables. Unless modified in accordance with the preceding sentence, Bank, as Originator, will use the methodology described in Section 2.1(d) to calculate the Interchange Amount.
