Examples of Interchange Agreement in a sentence
Type 1, Type 2A and Type 2B and other interconnection arrangements described in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff, Section A35, or, in the case of North Carolina, in the North Carolina Connection and Traffic Interchange Agreement effective June 30, 1994, as amended, may be purchased pursuant to this Agreement subject, however, to the sharing of recurring charges for certain transport facilities for Local Traffic as more fully set forth in this section.

In the event that BellSouth terminates this Agreement as provided above, BellSouth shall continue to offer services to Carrier pursuant to the terms, conditions and rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff, Section A35, or, in the case of North Carolina, in the North Carolina Connection and Traffic Interchange Agreement effective June 30, 1994, as amended from time to time.
