Confidential Information also includes any information described above which Intelsat obtains from another party and which Intelsat treats as proprietary or designates as Confidential Information, whether or not owned or developed by Intelsat.
Employee and Intelsat agree that the existence and terms of this Agreement are strictly confidential and that neither party shall disclose the existence or terms of this Agreement except as required by law or regulation.
