Intelligence Services. , in relation to a member, means a member of the National Intelligence Agency, South African Secret Service or South African National Academy of Intelligence, appointed, or regarded as having been appointed, in terms of the Intelligence Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 65 of 2002); "Labour Relations Act" means the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995);
