Intellectual definition

Intellectual means patents, patent applications, trade marks, Property" service marks, registered designs, applications for any of the foregoing; trade and business names, unregistered trade marks and service marks, copyrights, rights in designs, Inventions, rights under licences, consents, orders, statutes or otherwise howsoever in relation to any such rights, and rights of the same or similar effect or nature, in any part of the world.
