Integration Plan definition
Integration Plan means the integration plan as to the actions the Parties shall take to initiate the Services in accordance with this Agreement and to effect the Conversion, which shall include the components set forth in Schedule 1.01(c) and such other provisions as the Servicer and the Company may agree.
