Integration Plan definition
Integration Plan means the integration plan as to the actions the Parties shall take to initiate the Services in accordance with this Agreement and to effect the Conversion, which shall include the components set forth in Schedule 1.01(c) and such other provisions as the Servicer and the Company may agree.
Integration Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.06.

The Integration Plan will address the transfer of all preclinical, safety, regulatory and Manufacturing (including CMC) data, Data and information, IP, documents (including CMC documents), and Existing Materials, in each case, Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates, in existence at the relevant time, and relating to the applicable Licensed Program that have not been delivered to Novartis pursuant to the [***] DC Data Package or the Immunology IND Data Package, as applicable.
The JRC shall have authority to establish subcommittees as it deems necessary or advisable to further the purposes of this Agreement, including specific operational subcommittees (including to oversee the activities contemplated by the Integration Plan).
More Definitions of Integration Plan
Integration Plan means the plan set out in the Partner Services Agreement, with the same date of this Agreement between Proton and Equant, relating amongst other things to the integration of the network used by the Reuters Group immediately prior to the Services Commencement Date into the Network, as such plan may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of that Partner Services Agreement;
