Integrated Product or “Integrated Products” means (a) any product integrating Brainlab Technology and SurgiVision Technology as contemplated in section II or section III of this Agreement, or (b) any jointly developed product in the Therapeutic Delivery Field of Use as contemplated in section III of this Agreement.

Integrated Product means any product which is sold as a unit by EVERGREEN and which incorporates a Wafer, Cell or Module as part of the unit.

Integrated Product means the Partner Product that is adapted to access Classifications of certain Data Types.

Integrated Product means the CI-Metabase integrated with Reseller’s software product as described in Exhibit A.

Integrated Product means an application software product created by Licensee through the integration of WebXpress Software with application software programs proprietary to Licensee ("Licensee Applications"). All Integrated Products are subject to the restrictions on development, use and distribution set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
