Insured Services definition

Insured Services means only those services stated in Item 4. of the Declarations Page.

Insured Services means services covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP); “Uninsured Services” means services which are not “insured services”;

Insured Services means services that are determined under section 11.2 to be insured services; (“services assurés”)

More Definitions of Insured Services

Insured Services means only those services, treatments, equipment and medications identified in the “insured services” section of this policy and provided while “you” are in Canada or while covered under the Territorial Limitation.

Insured Services means those services per- formed for others as stated in Item 4. on the Declarations Page, or as otherwise stated by endorsement to this policy.

Insured Services means the performance of Personnel Consulting Service or Temporary Help Services. Insured Services does not include acts or services related to any position for employment as an (a) architect, engineer or surveyor; (b) investment counselor, investment broker or dealer, financial planner, or investment advisor; or (c) any candidate(s) whose services are directly related to the provision of medical care or services, including but not limited to, medical care provider, pharmacist, nutritionist, chiropractor, dentist, dental assistant, hygienist, nurse, physician, physician's assistant or home health aide.

Insured Services means the benefits and services as set forth in Article VII, COMPENSATION TO PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP, including:

Insured Services means only services that (i) are performed for others for a fee and (ii) are identified in Item 6 of the Declarations, including any such services that are performed electronically utilizing the internet or a network of two or more computers.
