Institutional Shareholder definition

Institutional Shareholder means any Shareholder that is not a natural person (other than Company Shareholder, Foundation Shareholder or Sponsor).
Institutional Shareholder means Polygon Mining Opportunity Master Fund.

Institutional Shareholder means either of FP and the CVC Entities.
