Institutional Establishment definition

Institutional Establishment means any room, group of rooms, building or other enclosure connected, directly or indirectly, to the Sewer System, including institutional dormitories and school buildings, which do not constitute a Commercial Establishment, a Swelling Unit or an Industrial Establishment.
