Installment Period definition

Installment Period means the number of months that is one-half the number derived by multiplying the Multiplier set forth in the second paragraph of this Agreement by 12.
Installment Period means the Restriction Period with respect to each installment of the Award as provided in Section 5(e)(ii).

Examples of Installment Period in a sentence

  • Each installment of the insurance premium is due on or before the last day of the expiring Premium Installment Period.

  • To the extent more than one Installment Period exists as of an Acceleration Date, the Holder shall also elect in such Acceleration Notice which Pre-Installment Conversion Price or Installment Conversion Price, as applicable, that shall apply with respect to such Acceleration.

More Definitions of Installment Period

Installment Period means the time between Consumer scheduled payments as provided in their loan agreement.
