Upon Notice to and in coordination with Purchaser, Seller may test the System and deliver all Output resulting from such testing during the Installation Period.
If during the Installation Period the Lessee’s financial condition changes in any material respect (as determined by the Lessor in its sole discretion), then Lessor shall be entitled to stop purchasing equipment to be leased to Lessee and commence the applicable lease schedule(s).
