Inspecting Engineer definition

Inspecting Engineer if any - means the State Entity's construction inspector, or its designated consulting engineer.
Inspecting Engineer means such person or firm as the Agent may from time to time appoint or designate for purposes related to the inspection of the progress of the development of any of the Land and the construction of any of the Improvements, conformity of construction with the applicable Plans and Specifications, and for such other purposes as the Agent may from time to time deem appropriate or as may be required by the terms of this Agreement.
Inspecting Engineer means BBI, Inc., and its successors and permitted assigns.

Inspecting Engineer means Meridian Management, or its successor, in its capacity as the inspecting engineer for the Borrower.
