Inserts definition

Inserts has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).

Inserts means any written or printed document supplied with the Commercial Presentation of a Product containing information on the Product, the use thereof or any other information prescribed by applicable Laws or voluntarily disclosed by a Sponsor, or the Marketing Authorisation holder, as the case may be.
