If the Hospital fails to reschedule such employees, the Hospital shall arrange lieu time off work for all days the employees would otherwise be off work had it not been for the attendance at Court or the Coroner's Inquest.
For the duration of the Jury Duty, or required attendance at an Inquest or court (subpoenaed witness), the employee's normal base earnings and benefits will be maintained.
