Input Materials definition

Input Materials means the data, which is provided by the Client that GBG will process and enhance in accordance with the relevant terms of this Agreement.
Input Materials means all such imported goods or materials used in the manufacture of goods or products specified in Schedule I as are identified and determined as such under this sub-chapter;
Input Materials means any data provided to GBG by the Client for processing and enhancement in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including, where relevant, any personal data.

Examples of Input Materials in a sentence

  • Any Input Materials that are found to contain such items will not be processed and the Client will be notified.

  • Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall affect the ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights in the In-put Materials, which shall remain the property of the Catapult or its ultimate licensors.

  • The Supplier shall not do, nor permit anything to be done by the Supplier’s Team, which might materially adversely affect the rights of the Catapult in or to any of the Intellectual Property Rights in the In-put Materials or in or relating to the Deliverables, the value of such Intellectual Property Rights and/or the Catapult’s ability to use such Intellectual Property Rights.

  • All Input Materials and other source and graphic materials provided by Customer in connection herewith, and all rights therein, shall remain the exclusive property of Customer.

  • The Supplier shall provide all materials necessary (other than the In-put Materials), and allocate sufficient resources to the Services, to enable the Supplier to provide the Services and deliver the Deliverables to the Catapult in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Input Materials

Input Materials means all materials necessary for the Preparation of Products, such as Surfactants, other active ingredients, inert ingredients, and Packaging Materials.
Input Materials means all Documents, information and materials provided by the Buyer relating to the Goods and/or the Services including computer programs, data, reports and specifications and any input materials specified in a Schedule to these Conditions;
Input Materials means any documents, materials, data, information, assistance or input provided by or required from the Customer relating to the Services as identified in the agreed Proposal or notified by Romax (acting reasonably) to the Customer from time to time;
Input Materials means any materials, files, documents or content entered by the customer into the authoring tool or provided by or on behalf of the Customer for the purposes of the provision of the Services (including any “white-labelling” of the Software Services).
Input Materials means all data and associated information provided by the Customer for the proper performance of the Services;
Input Materials means all those items of data, goods, brochures, materials and associated documentation which are required to be provided by the Customer to CCR in order that CCR may carry out the Services
