Inns definition

Inns. Conduct Committee” means a Committee constituted by the four Inns for the purpose of deciding in accordance with the Inns’ Conduct Committee Rules issues relating to admission to an Inn and to the conduct of Students.
Inns. Conduct Committee Rules” means rules made by the Inns and approved by the Board which govern the composition and operation of the Inns’ Conduct Committee.

Examples of Inns in a sentence

  • Council of the Inns of Court (COIC) means the Council of the Inns of Court and its successors including any entity or part through which it exercises its functions.

  • Inns’ MOU means the Memorandum of Understanding between the Bar Standards Board, the Council of the Inns of Court (COIC), and each of the four Inns in relation to the education and training of barristers.

  • Inn means one of the four Inns of Court, namely, the Honourable Societies of Lincoln’s Inn, Inner Temple, Middle Temple and Gray’s Inn.

Inns. Conduct Committee Rules” means rules made by the Inns and approved by COIC which govern the composition and operation of the Inns’ Conduct Committee, and provide the terms under which matters regarding whether an Inn of Court should refuse to admit an applicant for admission, or expel or refuse to Call a student to the Bar shall be determined.
Inns means the Fairfield Inn by Marriott hotel properties as described in Schedule I to this Agreement (or, in lieu thereof, the Fairfield Inn by Marriott properties substituted therefor in certain circumstances in accordance with the Purchase Agreement) and the land on which the Inns are located (or, in the case of the Inns described in Schedule II to this Agreement, the tenant's interest in the Ground Leases).
Inns shall incorporate not only the Site or Sites but also all easement or other appurtenant rights thereto, together with the Buildings and all other improvements constructed or to be constructed thereon, and all FF&E and Fixed Asset Supplies installed or located therein.
Inns means the London Inns of Court, being Gray's Inn, Lincoln's Inn, Inner Temple and Middle Temple.
Inns means the residence inns and the residence inns operations located ---- at the Properties.
