For the purposes of this membership program, Blackmail and Extortion means the making of illegal threats specifically to a GEAR Member to: • Kill, Injure or Abduct a GEAR Member • Damage Property • Disseminate, Divulge or use Trade Secrets By persons who then demand a payment as a condition of not carrying out such threats.
