Initial Work definition

Initial Work is defined in Section 4.2.
Initial Work means the work set out in the initial notice which the client considers amounts to 15% of all the work described in the initial notice;

More Definitions of Initial Work

Initial Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2 hereof.
