Initial Valuation definition

Initial Valuation means, when used with reference to specified Collateral, the Valuation initially performed for the Collateral as of the date on which the Collateral was added to the Collateral Pool. The Initial Valuation for each of the Initial Mortgaged Properties is as set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.
Initial Valuation means the first Valuation conducted, the results of which are included in the Registration Statement.
Initial Valuation means the Valuation delivered as a condition precedent to disbursement of the Net Proceeds pursuant to Clause 4.2(b).

Examples of Initial Valuation in a sentence

  • If an Objecting Party objects in writing to the Initial Valuation within ten (10) days after its receipt of the Valuation Notice, the Objecting Party, within fourteen (14) days from the date of such written objection, shall engage an Independent Appraiser (the “First Appraiser”) to determine within thirty (30) days of such engagement the Fair Market Value of the Partnership Interests (the “First Appraised Value”).
