Initial Support Period definition

Initial Support Period means twelve (12) months;
Initial Support Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4 of this Transfer Agreement.
Initial Support Period means the period of 12 months from the Effective Date.

  • Any proration will not excuse Customer’s payment obligation for the remainder of the Initial Support Period.

More Definitions of Initial Support Period

Initial Support Period means the initial period of this Agreement as specified in the Order.
