Initial Subscription Amount definition
Initial Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount to be paid for the Preferred Shares hereunder at the Initial Closing, as specified below such Purchaser’s name on the signature page of this Agreement and next to the heading “Initial Subscription Amount,” in United States dollars and in immediately available funds.
Initial Subscription Amount shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1.

More Definitions of Initial Subscription Amount
Initial Subscription Amount means the sum of Rs. payable by the Bidder to the Company under the Share Subscription Agreement for the acquisition of the Initial Shares and shall include any interest accrued thereon in terms of this Agreement; and
