Initial Setting Date definition

Initial Setting Date means, in respect of a Share, subject as provided in Product Term 3, the date so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement (or, if that day is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of that Share, the next following such Scheduled Trading Day).
Initial Setting Date means, in respect of an Index, subject as provided in paragraph 2 of this Schedule, 23 June 2006 (or, if that day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day);
Initial Setting Date means, subject as provided in Asset Term 2, the date so specified in the Final Terms.

Examples of Initial Setting Date in a sentence

  • The Participation Percentage will not be set by the Issuer until the Initial Setting Date.

  • In that case, (i) that second Scheduled Trading Day will be deemed to be the Initial Setting Date or Valuation Date (Equity), as the case may be, in respect of all Shares, notwithstanding the fact that such day is a Disrupted Day, and (ii) the Calculation Agent shall determine the price of one such Share as its good faith estimate of the price of one such Share that would have prevailed, but for the occurrence of a Disrupted Day, at the Valuation Time on that second Scheduled Trading Day.

More Definitions of Initial Setting Date

Initial Setting Date means, in respect of each Underlying Rate on any given Reference Date, either (i) the date specified as such in the relevant Final Terms, or (ii) where the Final Terms so specify, the immediately preceding Reference Date (with the first Initial Setting Date being the date specified in the relevant Final Terms) or, in each case, if any such day is not an Underlying Rate Business Day, the immediately following Underlying Rate Business Day for such Underlying Rate.
Initial Setting Date means, in respect of an Index, subject as provided in Condition 5.2B(Disrupted Days), the date so specified in the Pricing Supplement (or, if that day is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of that Index, the next following such Scheduled Trading Day).
