Initial Services Term means the Initial Services Term as stated in the applicable Order Form;

More Definitions of Initial Services Term

Initial Services Term means the initial term of the Services set out in an Order or SOW.

Initial Services Term means the term for the applicable Services beginning on the Provisioning Date and continuing for the duration set forth on the Order Form. Intellectual Property Rights means current and future worldwide rights under patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, moral rights, and other similar rights. Materials means all of the content on the Service, including the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained on the Service, except for Customer Data. NDA means a non-disclosure agreement template.

Initial Services Term means the period commencing on the Completion Date of the NTS Regional and Metropolitan Implementation Completion Phase and, subject to earlier termination under provisions of this agreement, ending on the date which is the 2 year anniversary of the final day of the calendar month immediately preceding the calendar month in which the Completion Date of the NTS Regional and Metropolitan Implementation Completion Phase falls, as extended pursuant to this agreement.

Initial Services Term means, with respect to any Attachment, the period from the Commencement Date through the end date for the Decoupling Services under such Attachment.

Initial Services Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b) hereof.

Initial Services Term means the term for the applicable Services beginning on the 46th day from the Effective Date and continuing for three (3) years. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, said Services shall not be made available to CLIENT absent: i.) PREDPOL’s receipt of the payment due for the Initial Services Term; or ii.) CLIENT taking the necessary steps as defined in this Agreement and the Statement of Work to enable PREDPOL to setup the said Services.

Initial Services Term means the period of time beginning on the first day of the Billing Start Month and continuing for the term length specified in Section 1.11(a) or such other duration set forth in the Initial Fee Proposal.
