All work on the Initial Projects has been completed consistent with the Base Case Projections, as amended or modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

Initial Projects means the Projects within the Target Market acquired by DEVCO Entities pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof.
Initial Projects means the Projects described on Exhibit G attached hereto, which are acquired, or are to be acquired, as the context may require, by a New Venture in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement on or after the date hereof.
