Initial Percentage definition

Initial Percentage means the percentage of then Total Voting Power of the Company represented by the Voting Securities held by a Stockholder at the time of the consummation of the Company's initial public offering.
Initial Percentage means the percentage of issued and outstanding Common Stock represented immediately after the Closing by the shares issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the Loan Agreement.
