Initial Ownership definition

Initial Ownership means, with respect to any Shareholder, the number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned (and (without duplication) which such Persons have the right to acquire from any Person) as of the date hereof, or in the case of any Person that shall become a party to this Agreement on a later date, as of such date, taking into account any stock split, stock dividend, reverse stock split or similar event.

Initial Ownership. The relative Ownership Interest of the Members existing upon the execution of this Agreement entitling the holders thereof to all the benefits of ownership in the Company, but which Ownership Interests may be changed from time to time as set forth in this Agreement.
