Initial Lien definition

Initial Lien as defined in Subsection 8.6.

Examples of Initial Lien in a sentence

• Any Lien created for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes pursuant to the preceding sentence shall provide by its terms that such Lien shall be automatically and unconditionally released and discharged upon the release and discharge of the Initial Lien.
