Initial Index Value definition

Initial Index Value means the index closing value of the underlying index on the pricing date or such other date as may be specified in the applicable pricing supplement.
Initial Index Value means the average of the Index Values for the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Days ending on the last Trading Day immediately preceding the date of this Agreement.
Initial Index Value means, the Performance Measurement Index Value as of January 1 of the first calendar year in any Performance Measurement Period.
