Initial Equity definition

Initial Equity means the equity contributed by Thermo (or any other third party) pursuant to paragraph 11 (Equity Contribution) of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) or issued to Thermo pursuant to paragraph 10 (Equity/Subordinated Debt) of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent).
Initial Equity means the initial equity investment disbursed by the shareholders of the Operator plus any such other equity contributions approved by the Authority,
Initial Equity means the Membership Interests acquired by Fiat from the Company pursuant to the closing of the transactions under the Master Transaction Agreement.

More Definitions of Initial Equity

Initial Equity means the product of: (i) $8.65 (which represents the Company’s most recently disclosed per share net asset value as of the Effective Date); and (ii) the Company’s total Common Stock outstanding as of the Effective Date.
