Initial End Date definition

Initial End Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(e).

Initial End Date shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 10.1(b).

Initial End Date is defined in Section 9.1(b) of this Agreement.

Examples of Initial End Date in a sentence

• If you are a Micro Business Customer the Contract will expire on the Initial End Date unless you confirm to us expressly that you would like the Contract to be extended.

• If your Smart Water Extra Contract is terminated (irrespective of the reason for such termination) within your three year Contract term, after the cooling off period and prior to the Initial End Date by you, or by Business Stream as a result of your breach of the Contract, Business Stream shall be entitled to recover from you the £100 introductory bonus which would be payable via your final bill.

• If the Initial Closing or the Initial End Date is expected to occur prior to the finalization of the Initial Closing Condemnation Value, then the Initial Closing Date shall be extended, if necessary, to no earlier than the 15th Business Day after such Initial Closing Condemnation Value is finalized and the Initial End Date shall be extended to no earlier than the 17th Business Day after such Initial Closing Condemnation Value is finalized.

More Definitions of Initial End Date

Initial End Date means March 2, 2016 (the “Stated Initial End Date”); provided, that, if the Antitrust Conditions are first satisfied on a date during the 30-day period ending on the Stated Initial End Date, the Initial End Date will automatically be extended to April 4, 2016.

Initial End Date means 23:59 Israel Time on March 3, 2011. For the sake of clarity, the Initial End Date (as amended hereunder) may not be further extended unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by all parties hereto.
