Initial Eligibility Date definition

Initial Eligibility Date or “Care start date” means the actual first date that the CCAP authorized child care services, rendered to an eligible child by an approved provider, can be paid by the DHS.

More Definitions of Initial Eligibility Date

Initial Eligibility Date means the earliest date on which a newly eligible employee may participate in the Plan. The Initial Eligibility Date shall be established by the Committee and may not be earlier than the date the employee is notified, in writing, by the Participating Employer of the material terms of the Plan.
