Initial Dividend definition

Initial Dividend means the distributions described in items (i) and (ii) above per Common Share paid by the Company to all or substantially all holders of its Common Shares during the 2003 calendar year as determined by the Company’s Board of Directors, up to a maximum of $0.44 per Common Share.
