Initial Development Budget definition

Initial Development Budget means the initial development budget prepared by representatives of Symphony Dynamo and Dynavax prior to the Closing Date, and attached to the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement as Annex D thereto.
Initial Development Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.1.

More Definitions of Initial Development Budget

Initial Development Budget means the Development Budget proposed by Offeror. Upon execution of the Construction Contract, the Initial Development Budget shall be replaced in its entirety with the Final Development Budget.
