Initial Completion Date definition

Initial Completion Date means the first date when payment of the consideration is due to persons who accepted the Offer.

Initial Completion Date means the date falling two Business Days after the earlier of the date on which (i) both the Polish Antitrust Condition and Romanian Antitrust Condition are satisfied; or (ii) the Offer becomes unconditional in all respects, or, if earlier, such other date as agreed in writing between Aroundtown and CPI;

Examples of Initial Completion Date in a sentence

• Promptly following the Initial Completion Date, the Purchaser will publicly announce whether or not the conditions to the Offer have been satisfied or, subject to applicable law, waived by the Purchaser.

• The period from the commencement of the Offer until the Initial Completion Date (as may be extended by the Purchaser) is referred to as the Initial Offer Period.

More Definitions of Initial Completion Date

Initial Completion Date has the meaning set out as issue date and registered date of Debentures;
