Initial Completion definition

Initial Completion means completion of the Initial Subscription;

Initial Completion means the completion of the initial issue and allotment by the Company and subscription by the Investor of Series H Preference Shares on or after the date of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 2 to 4;
