All transactions pursuant to this Section shall be made for the respective accounts of the Underwriters as nearly as practicable in proportion to their Initial Commitments.
Sales of Securities to customers for the account of Underwriters will be as nearly as practicable in proportion to their respective Initial Commitments, and sales of Securities to dealers for the account of Underwriters will be as nearly as practicable in proportion to each Underwriter's pro rata share of Securities reserved for such sales.
