Initial Aircraft definition

Initial Aircraft means each of the aircraft identified in Schedule 1 hereto (including any related Engines and Parts and any Remaining Aircraft) and any Substitute Aircraft, excluding any such aircraft (or related Aircraft Interest) sold or disposed of (directly or indirectly) by way of a completed Aircraft Sale and any Remaining Aircraft for which a Substitute Aircraft is acquired pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement.

Initial Aircraft means the aircraft specified in the 1998 Offering Memorandum and owned by AerCo Group as of the date hereof.

Initial Aircraft means the Aircraft delivered on the Initial Closing Date, if any;

Initial Aircraft means each of the aircraft identified in Schedule 1 hereto (including any related Engines and Parts and any Remaining Aircraft) and any Substitute Aircraft, excluding any such aircraft sold or disposed of by way of a completed Aircraft Sale and any Remaining Aircraft for which a Substitute Aircraft is delivered.
