Initial Acquisition definition

Initial Acquisition means the acquisition of certain Oil and Gas Properties by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Contribution Agreement.
Initial Acquisition means the Acquisition by Borrower of Target pursuant to the terms of the Acquisition Documents.
Initial Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of certain oil, gas and mineral Properties from the Sellers pursuant to the terms and conditions of Initial Acquisition Documents.
