Initial 2023 Notes definition

Initial 2023 Notes means the US$ 34,340,000 aggregate principal amount of 2023 Notes issued by the Issuer on the Initial Issue Date.

Initial 2023 Notes means the first $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 2023 Notes issued under this Indenture on the date hereof.
