Informed Person definition
Informed Person means (a) a director or executive officer of the Company, (b) a director or executive officer of a person or company that is itself an informed person or subsidiary of the Company, (c) any person or company who beneficially owns, or controls or directs, directly or indirectly, Common Shares or a combination of both carrying more than 10% of the voting rights attached to all of the Common Shares, and (d) the Company, if it has purchased, redeemed or otherwise acquired any of its securities, for so long as it holds any of its securities.
Informed Person means: (a) a director or executive officer of the Corporation; (b) a director or executive officer of a person or company that is itself an informed person or subsidiary of the Corporation; (c) any person or company who beneficially owns, or controls or directs, directly or indirectly, voting securities of the Corporation or a combination of both carrying more than 10% of the voting rights attached to all outstanding voting securities of the Corporation other than voting securities held by the person or company as underwriter in the course of a distribution; and (d) the Corporation after having purchased, redeemed or otherwise acquired any of its securities, for so long as it holds any of its securities.
Informed Person means a director or executive officer of a reporting issuer; a director or executive officer of a person or company that is itself an informed person or subsidiary of a reporting issuer; any person or company who beneficially owns, directly or indirectly, voting securities of a reporting issuer or who exercises control or direction over voting securities of a reporting issuer or combination of both carrying more than 10 percent of the voting rights attached to all of the outstanding voting securities of the reporting issuer other than voting securities held by the person or company as an underwriter in the course of a distribution; and reporting issuer that has purchased, redeemed or otherwise acquired any of its securities, for so long as it holds any of its securities.

Informed Person means, for the purposes of this paragraph 12, a director or executive officer of ADVANZ PHARMA, any person or company who beneficially owns or controls (directly or indirectly) voting securities of ADVANZ PHARMA carrying more than 10 per cent. of the voting rights attached to all outstanding voting securities of ADVANZ PHARMA, or a director or executive officer of a person or company that is itself an informed person or subsidiary of ADVANZ PHARMA.
