Individual Performance Factor definition

Individual Performance Factor means that factor, attributable to a Participant’s individual achievement of one or more Performance Goals, which may be used to calculate a Participant’s Award.
Individual Performance Factor means, with respect to a Participant, the addition or subtraction of up to 25% of the Declared Incentive adjusted to reflect individual job performance for the fiscal year. The Individual Performance Factor may be utilized at the discretion of the manager of an EVA Business Unit provided that the total accrued incentive for the EVA Business Unit does not increase or decrease as a result of the utilization of the Individual Performance Factor.
Individual Performance Factor means the factor associated with the performance rating assigned to a Participant as part of the Performance Management Process or other method(s) of adjustments intended to recognize individual performance.

Examples of Individual Performance Factor in a sentence

  • If your Individual Performance Factor for FY20__ is 100%, you would earn that number of Performance Shares equal to the Base Number of Shares times the Corporate Performance Factor (__%) times your Individual Performance Factor, but in no event exceeding the Base Number of Shares.

  • Employee will remain eligible to earn a variable compensation award for full calendar year 2024, with a target of 95% of base pay with such award based on the actual Linde Corporate business unit factor for 2024 and an Individual Performance Factor (IPF) to be determined by his manager based on Employee’s 2024 performance in accordance with standard Linde practices.

More Definitions of Individual Performance Factor

Individual Performance Factor means a factor between 0.8 and 1.2 (inclusive).

The total number of Performance Shares that may be earned for FY20__, however, may not exceed 100% of the Base Number of Shares.
