Individual Employer definition

Individual Employer means an employer who is bound by this Agreement through a Delegation of His Bargaining Right to the NCMCMBA.
Individual Employer means (1) an employer who has authorized the Association (Employer) to represent said Individual Employer with respect to collective bargaining with the Union; or (2) is bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement under the subcontracting requirements of this Agreement; (3) directly signs this Agreement with the Union as an Independent or Non-Association Member. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a current list of Individual Employers for whom it has authority to represent.
Individual Employer means an employer under the Act that is applying for authority to self-insure, or is approved to self- insure, that is not an entity described in A.R.S. § 23-961.01; § 11-952.01; or § 41-621.01.

More Definitions of Individual Employer

Individual Employer means only those persons or entities who have authorized the Signatory Associations (Employer) to represent said Individual Employer with respect to collective bargaining with the Union. A list of said Individual Employers has been furnished to the Union at the commencement of negotiations, and the Employer shall furnish the Union with monthly reports of any additions or deletions to the list including contact information of Individual Employers represented by the Employer. In the event the Individual Employer shall terminate association representation, the Signatory Employer Association shall provide the Union notice within thirty [30] days and also inform the Individual Employer, in writing with a copy to the Union, of their ongoing signatory obligation.
Individual Employer means any person, firm, or corporation who has delegated their bargaining rights to the Association and thereby agrees to the terms of this Agreement or amendments, modifications, or extensions to this agreement negotiated and agreed to by and between the Association and the Union.
Individual Employer means any employer who is required by the Collective Bargaining Agreement to make Contributions to the Pension Fund or who in fact makes one or more Contributions to the Fund. The term “Individual Employer” also includes the Union, any of its affiliated local unions, any labor council or other labor organization with which the Union or any local union is affiliated and any corporation, trust or other entity that provides services to the Fund or provides services in the training or retraining of laborers, which make Contributions to the Fund with respect to the work of its Employees under a Subscriber’s Agreement, which has been approved by the Board of Trustees, but only to the extent that the inclusion of these Employees is permitted by existing laws and regulations. The Union, affiliated local union, labor council, other labor organization, corporation, trust or other entity is an Individual Employer solely for the purposes of making Contributions to the Fund with respect to the work of its respective Employees and has no other rights or privileges under this Trust Agreement as an Individual Employer.
Individual Employer as used herein shall refer to any person, firm, or entity including registered Joint Ventures who have authorized or subsequently authorize the Employer to represent them with respect to collective bargaining with the District Council of Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ of Northern California.
