Individual Coverage definition

Individual Coverage means insurance coverage other than coverage from the group program which meets the requirements of the commission;
Individual Coverage means coverage under the City provided CALPERS health plan for the disabled Eligible Employee or the surviving spouse of a disabled Eligible Employee.

Individual Coverage. The School District shall contribute the sum of up to $480 for the 2021-2023 school years towards the premium for individual coverage for each full time teacher employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in the School District's dental plan.
