Indirect emissions definition

Indirect emissions means those emissions of a criteria pollutant or its precursors:
Indirect emissions means a discharge of any air contaminant into the outdoor atmosphere through any opening that is not a stack or chimney directly connected to the equipment.
Indirect emissions means emissions from the production of electricity which is consumed during the production processes of goods, irrespective of the location of the production of the consumed electricity.
