Index Constituent definition

Index Constituent means any security or other asset or reference value (other than a Sub-Index) constituting an Index at a relevant time;
Index Constituent means the Master Limited Partnerships (MLP) included in the Index.
Index Constituent means each of the master limited partnerships, corporations and publicly traded limited liability companies included in the Index at any given time.

  • To the extent the price realized is selling the Index Constituent is higher than the price utilized in the NAV, the Authorized Participant shall keep the dollar impact of any such difference.
