Index Constituent definition

Index Constituent means any security or other asset or reference value (other than a Sub-Index) constituting an Index at a relevant time;
Index Constituent means the Master Limited Partnerships (MLP) included in the Index.
Index Constituent means each of the master limited partnerships, corporations and publicly traded limited liability companies included in the Index at any given time.

Examples of Index Constituent in a sentence

  • Exchange(s): The relevant Exchange is, in respect of each component security of the Index (each an " Index Constituent"), the principal stock exchange on which such Index Constituent is principally traded, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • If the new shares deviate significantly from the Index Constituent, the Method described in 5.7.1 shall be applied.

  • The Calculation Agent may retain the right to reject the inclusion of any Eligible Equity Index Constituent due to any applicable rules, regulations and internal or external restrictions according to the provisions as set out below in Section 4 ("Rebalancing of the Reference Portfolio") below.

  • The Reference Portfolio may reference as Equity Index Constituents long positions in net total return equity indices (each an "Eligible Equity Index Constituent") from the universe described below (the "Equity Indices Investment Universe").

Index Constituent means, with respect to the Index, the Index Constituent Currency, Index Currency and each Spot Rate, Forward Rate, Underlying Index Month-to-Date Return and Underlying Index Yield-to-Worst used to calculate the Index Values of the Index;
